Not sure I understand your question.
Sounds like you are printing the IOTD's.

I keep all mine in a file on my computer.
They will copy and paste to a word file from the BB.

My chips are listed in Collectors Assistant files.
That file has pertinent info Club name, buyer, date, scan etc.
If in an IOTD, that file says "see IOTD #."

I keep my chips in racks of 100 chips. The racks are numbered.
Rack number is also listed in my CA file.
