I collect chips from Michigan, some are very historic since the 1st Indian owned casino was started in Michigan, now they are almost all over the country. I guess I collect because of the hunt. That in it self is the value to me. Because of that, I have become friends with many other collectors and that is PRICELESS!! I had a job, where I made money, I have invested some on my money and it (at times) makes me more money. My chips are a HOBBY!! We do not get into these types of hobbies thinking "WOW, I am going to make a bundle on this"!! But, some people do make this into a business but there is no room if every collector was a dealer.
