You occasionally "lose" your pictures...I think you're probably timing out. I don't know what it's really called...but once you upload your file, you have a limited amount of time to hit the "post" button...or the picture will turn into the dreaded X-in-a-box.

Best solution is to do the typing first, then upload the scans . (Make sure to hit the enter key a couple of times, or the last line of typing will be under the scans.
