...back when the players dealt the cards. The deal would rotate around the table to each player. I first played in Gardena when I was 19 years old in 1971. Used a fake ID. First hand ever playing there I was dealt four 3's playing 5 card draw. Got beat by four Jacks. Came to find out that happened a lot. Had to wise up to who was doing the cheating & stay out of any hands they dealt.

I don't really collect California chips. But do have a few from Gardena for old times sake.
