Jim- You've said it all. I dealt dice from 1967 to 2009 and saw the game go from "old school" to absurd.
The old-timers would cringe at the way dice is run today. I'm sure this scam was done with hop bets.
Without the boxman it's easy to do as I doubt the eye can hear what's going on. So many of the "bosses"
today are clueless.
