thank you don, i am ignoring alan's terribly insulting, partially true comment! i have Windows xp and run mozilla, i believe my problem to be cookie or upgrade mozilla related, which mozilla tells me my computer can't do. i have always been able open literally anything sent to me, not this time! help please!
