Translated from Cattle Talk: I like your Vacaville chips! Dixon too.

Never knew California fire departments had chips. Now you must find out if: the games were private - for firemen only? - or some sort of charity game, maybe to benefit those particular fire departments in, say, building a new firehouse?

Many different formulas for paint - so it would be hard to figure out just which solvent to use. And, obviously, not one that would destroy the chip underneath. Try a few - acetone, mineral spirits, turpentine? - on a Q-tip and see what happens. But really, I would simply suggest leaving the paint residue where it is. Doesn't look all that bad and keeps the chips looking authentic.

Nyehh hehh hehhh - the horse in the field next to the Cattle thinks so too.
