I am not at all surprised by this. You can get all kinds of interesting things at your average grocery store to make explosives, and chemical weapons. Fortunately most folks don't know what to get or how to mix it. For all the government crackdowns and laws that make it hard to buy chemicals for explosives, drugs, etc., a lot of stuff is still out there totally unwatched. As a teenager I made my own air burst mortar shell fire works, and solid fuel rocket engines with items I can still buy at the grocery store today. Back in the 70s it was no big deal. Today it would get me on an FBI, NSA, Homeland, etc. watch list. Even with my security clearance. I guess pyrotechnics is not a P.C. hobby these days
