For those who might not have seen the 2 1/2 inch cardboard holders with the big 2 inch cutout, here is a scan comparing them with the 1 3/4 inch cutout style. The one on the left is the one no longer made by anyone that I could find.

I bought the remainder of the stock of the 2" cutout holder from CT at the Convention about 10 years ago. I was collecting baccarat chips and needed them for the 48 and 50 mm chips. Never got around to remounting my collection and used Dansco binders (which require no holders) for the collection.
