They are not hiding anything and they want to let customers know "what not to do" because they do not want to loose them. But, the Cuban buyers, more tobacco than chips, is not as big as you may think. So, if loosing a few thousand clients will prevent them from millions in legal fees buy lawyers defending their action, they will and they HAVE!!

Contact them, not easy by phone but easier by their customer service email. Or talk to any of us who are either in probation or who have lost their account, temporarily or permanently. Or even better, just sell a few chips from Cuba and they will probably contact you first
