I used a special potion from the Amazon rain forest and shrunk the heads to about the same size.
(I obtained the elixir from the far east)

If I were to choose between the two it would definitely be Jimmy Powers:

The kicker was when in photoshop I used "Photomerge" to combine all three pictures.
This was the result:

The two pictures of Jimmy Powers combined into one (middle picture) and left out Frank Scott's picture (top left).
