I believe what I wrote makes no sense whatsoever. Hence, I was being facetious.

There is no way that I could make a blanket statement that all R9 chips are now R6 chips. If by chance that was true, then, obviously, R8 chips would be R6 or R5 chips. Then there is what I said about R7 chips. How could they become more rare over time.
