Fred, I miss Charlie too.....we were partners and friends for many years....We had a few disagreements over the years but we always talked them out and ended with full approval on both sides. Charlie always did his job (and more) and never had to be motivated.....he was already motivated...

I have seen him get ticked off a few times (as most of you had too) but he always got over it.....Rest in peace my friend.....I think about you often
