I got it a year ago from a French guy who found it from his fathers house after his father die.
I never seen another one before and only saw a similar one 100k BG sample picture from John.B's BG category book photo. I am pretty sure no one else have it. So I say it's a unique item one of a kind. And its have face value 10,000. However it is not numbered and it has no cancel mark on it.
One thing I am sure is it is a real BG plaque which you can easily tell from the layer and lunettes.
