that does not look so good in this situation. As you correctly noted, I do not have all of the facts associated with whatever dispute you & Sheldon may have. But what it does look like to someone/anyone without knowledge of the facts is that you refuse to pay an invoice & in my mind, that does not reflect well on you. And you obviously have your reason(s) for not paying him, but it is only one side -- Sheldon's side -- that is being viewed. I have no horse in this race & don't really care to discuss privately with you the reasoning behind your conflict with Sheldon...it is something that you & he need to settle. As noted earlier, in its present state, it just does not reflect well on you...that's all.
