Luis wins the auction at $10 shipped. Luis decided he didn't really want the chips, but will send David the money anyway. I am told to offer the chips to someone else...and since Charles is the only other person with interest....I offered Charles the chips for the same $10. He has accepted and now the ChipBoard has $20 toward running cost. I just wanted to be open and honest to all.
