[Sorry, but this one hit me hard] ~~~ is that they are in complete control to the extent of knowing for sure that there is no way anyone will capture them or take them out except for them blowing out their own brains... as if they're saying "There, I did what I wanted and there isn't anything you can do about it.." So very, very sad...
