This obviously is a very personal, subjective thing. Not everyone will agree. I find the board to be Bright and colorful, easy to read, easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. I enjoy the layout and cannot think of anything that I would change. I have never been in a position where I have had a problem or wished for a feature that we don't have. JMHO though.
