Mostly classic Nevada - but there's even one from Deadwood, South Dakota, and another from Fairbanks, Alaska. C'mon, it would cost you more than five bucks just to buy a windshield ice scraper before driving to Fairbanks, and the polar bears would probably just laugh at you anyway.
