It could be me, but it seems like people are dumping fractionals for next to nothing... I never paid much attention to them until recently and I've been getting them for sometimes well under book value. Even the rare ones..... Like I said, it could be just my imagination, however in the last few months I've bought more fractionals, at great prices ... Sometimes next to nothing... I only collect las Vegas Chips, I don't know if it's the same for the other markets, but as strictly a buyer, I'm going to milk it for all I can!
