Much worse than the $1.98 worth of soda I lost. That and the thought of Good Bourbon being lost instead of a bottle of supermarket branded of cheap stuff... I'm not even a drinker anymore, but I used to love old Scotch from small distilleries.

I hope after hearing what happened to you that your work will allow you to bring in a sealed bottle for the afternoon if you find replacements.
