Hey Guys

Just a quick simple question?

These two chips are the same but the black markings on the edges dont line up together on each other . Does that mean there different ? ( as in different year they came out maybe )

Check the picture and let me know i have a few other ones like this in my canada collection just dont know if there the same or not ..i really think there different but asking the PROS first lol
