Good luck in getting the shipment back. The recipient might be honest but more likely the shipment is goners. Contact the shipper in Oregon and tell him what happened and see if you can file a postal claim for the value of the goods if he will not refund your purchase price.

A wrong zip code wouldn't cause this mix-up because apparently the ADDRESS exists in Santa Maria; therefore, the shipper sent the package to the wrong address. (See if you get anything that should have gone to Santa Maria or The Cisco Kid.)
