These two chips have difference is both the inlay printing and the edge spots. They could represent primary and back-up chip sets. The basic design on the inlay is the same but the one marked with the GPI maker's-mark (probably later production) has black lettering for Jumer's while the other has yellow with red speckles. Both have Paul-son Reversed H&C mold.
