Sellers and buyers need to be careful. The lifting of some sanctions by executive order does not mean all trade with Cuba is legal. The Department of Treasury can still send assessment notices to those who engage in trade, and those assessments (from what I understand) are like taxes: they're subject to extreme collection efforts.

I have favored normalization of relations, but until it is all resolved we can't assume it's as easy as trading with other nations.
