I have a Greg Susong chip that he sent to every member of the CB way back when. It's in an airtite and sits on an easel on my desk.

I had already gone through all of my Chemo and applied to the various Federal agencies for help when Greg came down with cancer. I wrote him and gave him all the information I had.

At the last convention I attended at the Riv, he was there. You could tell he was sick, he was a bit thin and seemed to tire easily, but that didn't stop him from greeting everyone he met with that big Susong smile!

He truly loved this hobby, but beyond that, I think he loved us, his extended chip collecting family.

Sorry for hijacking this post, but seeing that chip here on the CB again just brought back so many memories.
