My former boss' son just returned from Havana, Cuba, going through Cancun, Mexico by employing a third-party, no-questions asked travel agency. He thoroughly enjoyed his week-long stay, and he contacted me about all the side places to purchase Cuban chips -- at almost dirt-chip prices and from individuals instead of shops. I asked him to take a look at the chip, and he said he saw many Hotel Nacional chips for sale. A guide he hired for the week to provide transportation and translation told him to be very careful because there has been a flood of Habana chips make their way into the country through China. He declined to buy any chips after learning that information. Take that information for what it's worth!
