A friend upgraded to Win 10 only to find when the update finished, he lost control of his system and can't access anything on his computer. And, he can't talk to anyone at Microsoft to help him at least get his machine back so he can do work on it. I have five computers that all have the offer to upgrade to Win 10, but I think I will wait and see what happens with my friend and how Microsoft helps him get the problem resolved.
