There is nothing illegal or even immoral in a seller ending an auction for a price, especially if a "Make Offer" tag was on the auction.

A seller accepting an outside offer, is nothing new. But it can have consequences! Who knows if that buyer is real?

I traded for years in a Junk Commodity. A few years back a group watched my tradings, and piggy-backed on my success, buying what I was buying.
