i don't know the seller; i was an early bidder but when the bidding got above my level i sent a post asking the dealer to give the winner my e-mail address as I would buy a couple of chips from the winner. I got a nice post back saying he would do so. The before he announced that he was keeping 12 he sent another post to me saying a couple of people were giving him such a hard time he thought he might end the auction. Then later he announced that he was keeping 12. He said in that e-Bay post that biddes could w/draw their bids w/o penalty. I don't know his actual intnent in ending the auction--just passing on what he said to m.
