My dad -- born in 1900 -- lived in Chicago his early years and returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast after the loss of his first wife. Being of Italian decent, he associated with some very famous Italians during that time. Only wish I could ask him about Chicago and its history with illegal gambling.
