El Condado is an area of Puerto Rico, where most of the San Juan Casinos are. So, assumed without checking. One of the best areas of central Lima is "Miraflores", which you can see in the Chip Guide's picture of the Casino/Hotel. I used to play there when the casino was called "El Condado". Did not realized the name had changed to Casino Diamond.
