If an image is placed on chipguide and assigned a reference number then to my mind that indicates to everybody viewing it that the chip exists. I think that is definitely misleading. We don't list chips in The Chip Rack that may just happen to exist if we have no evidence that they do. If it were me I would at the very least have used the image from USPC showing the drill holes and put a note 'not known to exist' on the entry. There is no evidence the drilled one still exists.
