I hope everyone is having a good start to their weekend. I have had this set for a little over a year and they have come out of the cabinet exactly zero times. It's a great old set from the Elks club in Everett, WA.
Reading a little bit of the history in the Everett Harold (link below) shows that it used to be quite the spot for social gatherings. Sammy Davis Jr. even played there, and cards were played upstairs in the "Stag Bar". Even if you are not interested in the chips this is a pretty neat read of the Elks Club in Everett... http://www.heraldnet.com/article/20071125/NEWS01/711250073
I have no idea how old the chips are but they were made with the MD-52 "Square in Circle" mold. The breakdown consists of:
250 Orange
1000 Violet
400 Brown
200 Off White
------
1850 Total Chips
Chips are a great deal at $.35 each sold as an entire lot only at $647.50 + $25 shipping. These are all of the chips I have, so I can't break any out for sample sets.
Thanks for looking!
