Re: And ...
In Response To: Never heard of them ()

I've never heard of them either. Some observations --

The 20-items per page set up is similar to other plastic chip pages, only the others have access to each chip. Typically, insert chip into a cardboard flip, then insert into individual pocket. Makes rearranging easier, IMO.

The Collecto pages are oriented in columns "reading" down. However, most chip collectors' books I've looked through read across, not down. Makes filling and rearranging more complicated than it needs to be.

I'm not sure why the individual pockets are rectangular, not square. Round chips don't need different "x" and "y" dimensions. Makes me wonder if pages are designed for some other collectible, and have been re-branded as a chip solution.

A MAJOR issue for me is the 4-hole page set up to put into binders. That means you have to buy their 4-ring binders too, instead of common 3-ring binders. When you add the cost of the pages (set of 3 holds total of 60 chips) plus a 4-ring binder, it will cost around 75 cents to store each chip. Other solutions are cheaper. In fact, for that price, I'd prefer using air-tites.

If you do decide to try, be sure to inquire about the plastic material used in the pages, re: chemicals that will react with chips and cause them to bleed ... or worse.
