You are correct, there were two phone booths. Lost Vegas obtained both of them when the Lady Luck closed, sold one of them to a movie production company, and kept the other one at the store. Apparently after having it there for years the city was now going to require them to get an expensive permit to keep it there, which is what put them in the market to sell.

Now I'm scouring Google and eBay to see if any pictures of them in place at the Lady Luck exist. Nice to hear from someone who actually used them as well.
