Don, NC chip is Very RARE! See others here...

Hope you get a good price. Even when there were many Cuban chips, these jetons from the Casino Nacional had a great demand. I understand the series was made in Europe. USA was not really making or using those and Cuba did not have the capacity to make them. Does it not remind you of some of the Montecarlo early series?? We tried to see if there was any connection, could not.

Once the Casino was remodeled and re-named Gran Casino (Nacional), the chips were pretty but regular.

If you look at the different Casino Nacional early series, they looked very similar, and were all extremely elegant. To me the most desirable chips from Cuba. The samples of the different early series below are the only ones that have shown up in Cuba thus far. Suspect that is it as there are NO CHIPS in cuba Have some extras, but talk to my children about them when I am gone!!

See #1- PC photo of the "original" Casino Nacional, also went by many other names, which have made people think that these are different clubs, including, "El Casino", Casinito de la Playa, Casino de la playa, Casino de la Orquesta, etc

**Please note to the left the "fountain of the muses", this was sold to the Tropicana after last renovation and you can see them in those colorful Tropicana chips with large beautiful borders**

-#2 Below are the different series next to each other, including the one being sold by Don, in the first page, center bottom. Also see in the last page, the bottom two chips, by then, these were Cuban/American made, and no longer resembled the previous elegant ones. Do not show back with denominations as similar to the front!

Enjoy them! I do!!
