The emphasis should be placed on retaining CURRENT club members .... and CURRENT club members recruiting NEWn club members. At one time (don't know if it is still so) the club was losing around 30% of it's current members each year from non dues renewals. So we get collectors in, but for some reason we fail to keep them. The club should also more actively encourage Life Memberships in order to retain those members we already have.
