I had it happen at binions. It was a one-bet only. i pushed the hand and it was taken away. I go, "you are kidding me". The pit boss said... nope. one bet. But I haven't seen it since. Other places that have one-bet only chips are like you said one decision. I've used them on pai-gow and played 5-6 hands on the same chip. The dealer was amazed.
