My poorly worded question. I understand how the chip would be bet & won or lost.

What I'm trying to figure out is how to obtain one -- Enter a special tournament? or respond to a mail offer made to players at a certain level? And whether they are currently being used, or if the tournament / promotion has expired?

I'm trying to obtain one of the 5-NCV's for my collection, either directly at Westgate or from someone who pocketed one rather than played it.
