How do I know you didn't see these chips at the convention? Because I arranged a huge trade just before it started. I figured that I would never get another opportunity to get most of these, especially the "Lucky" chips used for admission. The few people that have Russian chips for sale these days are mostly asking sky high prices so I do not mind if these are notched a little. And with all of the casinos closed now I know that you can't just go there and pick up a few like I did about 15 years ago.
