The two boards where made as follows.
Chip Board for all and any thing that deals (and not) with chips ect.
The Club Board for all dealings with club issue and only club issue. (no chips sales etc)
I think that covers it. If by making only one board, could put the club in trouble with the IRS (for any reason), would not be a good thing.
This is IMO.
