sending out bid proposals. I think Jim is right on many of his thoughts and ideas. And yes Jim I do care what you think!! I care what all our members think as I believe we have the same goals in advancing the clubs overall cause.

Maybe some good old fashion convincing these strip locations on the benefits of having our chip convention at their hotel. I really think with a little effort and promoting and talking to right people in person could persuade them to match the same offer we have at South Point. I'm confident it can be done if that is what the majority of the club would want. If that would help with attendance and membership I would be more than willing to help if asked.

I wish we would be less sensitive as a group and be able to express our opinions with being afraid to voice all of our thoughts and concerns. Let's treat all members with respect whether we agree with them or not. Open discussion is in our best interests and will produce the most results. A consensus is arrived by the voice of many working on issues that we all can all live with that keeps all of interested and motivated to achieve a better and happier and growing club. Please let's try not to take things personally and I send a pledge out to all of us to do our very best to respect one another's thoughts and opinions and if we disagree then do so with civility and respect without hostility and vitriol.
