This past year, and last, the bottle show was at the Texas Station. They are jam packed into that room (in general the items they are displaying are much larger) and the hotel is pretty far out of town. The Plaza itself is a nice hotel (without a poker room to speak of, but GN and Binions are fairly close). Hotel rooms downtown are generally less expensive and can go from the lower end (Four Queens) to the upper end (Rush Tower at GN) so there are lots of options there.
