We could have the convention at a Strip Club (not on the Strip).

Here a WAY out of the box thought....Too bad we can find a restaurant/bar in Vegas with a good size meeting room for the convention. With the reduction of dealers and participants showing up to the convention, it reduce the cost of convention, everyone finds their own hotel room and Mr. Splashbar (and company) can hang out at the bar. I know, it's a crazy idea.....but it might work.

Other thought would be Arizona Charlie's (Where Jim has his Superbowl Convention). Not a good location but could be cheap enough and bring in a new group of locals to the convention.
