Hi Frank, Interesting to note that number one, I believe this to be the original book issued at the New Cal Vada as it states "North Tahoe's Newest and Finest". Secondly the low 2 digit, #36 phone number. Interesting as well is that John "Joby" Lewis and Phil Zahlout are listed as host's. As we know Joby went on to open his own casino, the short lived "Joby's Monte Carlo" after New Cal Vada closed in 1955. I did not realize his connection to New Cal Vada
