Hey Guys - what are these - where were they used ??? I picked these up on my way to the Convention. I tried to do some research on them - might be Wet chips ?? Any help would be appreciated. I will probably sell these after I find out what the heck they are !!!

This is the first post in a series of posts related to my Convention adventure and cross country trip.
I had a GREAT Convention sold and acquired a bunch of stuff for my Collection.
No "No Doom and Gloom" here at R.I.C.H. Headquarters - the Roulette and Odd Ball Chip business is booming.
