It depends. Hard Rock for example has not issued a redemption notice so all the chips from Sheryl Crow onwards is redeemable. Others, like Tropicana, have put out notices up for all of their previous incarnation LE's (the exception is the Mamma Mia chip I believe). To go through a list would be too long.
