What I think is that the chips you linked to...

should have the word "Commemorative" on them, but I don't control what or how those chips are made or sold. It was only my opinion that the word "Commemorative" be on there if only to avoid confusing potential new collectors. As far as the brass core Nevada Club ones, I don't know how you could ever indicate on those chips that they were not authentic (actually used in the Nevada Club) but it seems to me that those would be the chips most easily assumed to be authentic by an uninformed buyer. Those Key West chips (a nice looking set of chips) aren't commemorative since no Key West casino was ever opened in Las Vegas...but they ARE "fantasy" chips.

I don't know what a good solution is other than it's the buyers responsibility to know what he's buying, I guess. I only wanted to present a view from the perspective of an uninformed person that had purchased chips in the past that were mis-represented (not that I am saying that's what you are doing).
