The story on them was that 1) the Harold's chips were salvaged from a collector's house fire. There were several of that same condition. I was fully aware that the chip was "worthless" but John Chamberlain offered it for a buck and after buying a number of various chips, he gave a courtesy discount so you might consider it to be free. 2) The El Rancho chip had fallen into two pieces in Mike Spinetti's mystery box. After digging down to the very bottom of the box, I pulled out the missing piece! Mr. Spinetti was impressed by my tenacity. Another freebie, again with the purchase of a large stack of better-quality items.
Yes, that Klondike Sunset S chip would be a roulette, Andy. Note they only had two tables, one called K and the other S for Klondike Sunset. I mention this in case collectors go batty looking for A-J chips.
